Who is Hayder?
Let me introduce myself!
My name is Hayder Schneider. I'm an AI product leader and operator with deep experience in building AI products and organizations in some of the hardest environments: from industrial operations to the frontier.
My work centers on building the teams and systems that turn AI capabilities into products customers actually pay for and depend on.
I served as Head of Product Management at Aleph Alpha, where I led the product management organization for a sovereign GenAI platform for enterprise and government customers. Before that, I led global AI innovation programs, AI solution teams, and developer platforms at BASF, the world's largest chemical company.
The hardest problem was never building the AI product that worked. It was building the commercial model and the organization that sustains it. That is the problem I care about most, and the reason I stay in close exchange with the product and AI community.
In exchange with the community
The commercial side of AI is still being figured out in real time. I would rather work it out with the people facing the same questions than on my own.
