When you access our website, your requests are routed through Cloudflare’s infrastructure. The access data processed in this context, including in server log files, may include your IP address, the pages you visit, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, the date and time of your visit, and the length and frequency of your visits. This data is not merged with other data about you. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects its data without using cookies and without storing personally identifiable information. Server log data is retained only as long as required for the security and stability of the website, unless continued storage is needed for evidentiary purposes in the investigation of a specific incident.

When you visit a page on our website that contains an embedded Vimeo video, a connection to Vimeo’s servers is established in order to display the video. This occurs regardless of whether you have a Vimeo account or are logged in.

We embed Vimeo videos with the „Do Not Track” option activated. As a result, Vimeo does not set tracking cookies for the purpose of analyzing your viewing behavior and does not use your data to create user profiles for this purpose. However, the transmission of your IP address to Vimeo, which is technically necessary to deliver the video, cannot be prevented.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in an appealing presentation of our speaking engagements and the smooth integration of video content.
